TERMS & COMMUNITY RULES

By subscribing, you agree to the following terms. Violating any of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your VIP status without refund and the loss of access to all LLT pre-orders.

1. No Repeated ETA Requests

Please do not message or post repeatedly asking for estimated arrival times. Updates will be shared as soon as we receive them. We operate with transparency but timelines may shift due to factors outside our control (distribution, shipping, etc.).

2. No Complaints About Retail Release Timing

Major retail chains may receive stock before we do this is due to regional shipping differences and distributor contracts. Your subscription guarantees access, not early delivery.

3. No Tape Detectives

We cannot confirm whether packaging is single or double taped. This varies from case to case and cannot be verified during fulfillment. Requests or complaints about this will be ignored.

4. No Chase Guarantee

While chase pieces are exciting, they are randomly inserted by the manufacturer and cannot be guaranteed. Not receiving one is not grounds for conspiracy theories, complaints, or cancellation.

5. No Public Defamation or Harassment

Publicly attacking, blaming, or attempting to damage our reputation whether on social media, forums, or reviews will result in immediate removal from the subscription service and blacklisting from future access.

6. No Refunds

Due to the nature of our subscription model and the exclusivity of our releases, all sales are final. There are no exceptions.
