Description

Three types are of particular interest for Era III and the following: K2, K3 and K4. The K2 and K3 were built over many years (K2 since 1900, K3 since 1913), and they are available in different versions with different wheelbases with the same main dimensions. The SBB kept the series, some of which were in need of an overhaul, in service for a long time, so that the K2 was still on the road well into the 1980s. The Hobbytrain model has been completely redesigned from the ground up and is constructed like a modular system, so there are various buffer, door and wheel sets to choose from, which enable a variety of variants through the epochs.
